Execution Coordinator

My primary role is to enhance the operational efficiency and success of the sales organization, while simultaneously coordinating multiple tasks and keeping attention to detail. I am part of the onboarding and offboarding processes, including employees' user account access, training curriculum, and ongoing professional development. A significant portion of my time is dedicated to analyzing sales data and market trends, enhancing the decision-making process, and allowing key sales personnel to concentrate on sales activities and execution. My responsibilities also include tracking and evaluating all company KPIs, collaborating with senior leadership to establish sales goals, and effectively communicating these targets to the sales team. I develop comprehensive dashboards to monitor key priorities, which provide transparency and significantly enhance team performance. Within a year of my transition into this role, our organization rapidly became one of the top-performing Anheuser-Busch distributor partners in the country. We have maintained this status annually since 2017. In 2020, in response to the extensive impact of the pandemic on the supply chain, senior management requested I transition from my Team Lead role to tackle the complexities of sales forecasting and inventory management. I implemented and led weekly Sales and Operations meetings, bringing alignment across all departments. Coupled with my proficient problem-solving skills and knowledge of our ERP platform's data reporting functionalities, I played a pivotal role in steering the company successfully through this period of uncertainty.
